Rose has a commercial degree and diploma in business administration and management. She also acquired work experience in the retail and wholesale sector as well as lecturing commercial subjects at Ekurhuleni East College Benoni Campus, specializing in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and being a member of the branding committee.  Her passion for SMME development was nourished and groomed while working for the Limpopo Business Support Agency.

The branch is located in Bronkhorstspruit, just outside Pretoria, servicing both communities in Kungwini local municipality and Nokeng tsa Taemane local municipality.
