Business Breakfast at TBP Kliptown
Activities

Recent activities include:

  • The Soweto Business Breakfast  held in collaboration with the ABSA Small Business Enterprise Development Centre in Pimville.
  • A construction networking session was held to provide clients in the construction sector with information on registration requirements.
  • TBP Kliptown clients featured on a business programme on Soweto TV, the local community TV station.
    World Education, a training provider, offered a workshop on Joint Venture Management

Ashrus  Ngobeni, Branch Manager, TBP Kliptown

Ashrus (popularly known as Ash) Ngobeni is one of the original Business Place staff, joining the organisation in 2002 at the Joburg office.  He moved through the ranks and was a natural choice for branch manager when the Kliptown office was opened.  A quiet person with an eye for detail, Ash brings stablity and has played a major role in the success of this branch that is situated at the historical Walter Sisulu Square – which developed from construction site to the working heritage site it is today.
